Processing Time

All Circles & Cycles products are handcrafted in small batches. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During product launches, sales, holidays, and other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been packed and shipped.

Shipping Rates

• Free standard shipping on all orders $80 USD or more (before taxes and after discounts).
• Orders under $80 are charged a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. Circles & Cycles is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update your order before it ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help you initiate a carrier investigation.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply in their country.
