Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Circles & Cycles LLC is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations and policies. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, customers must contact Circles & Cycles within three (3) days of the expected delivery date. We will provide any available documentation needed to assist with a carrier claim.

Circles & Cycles LLC is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges associated with domestic or international shipments.
