A traditional herb-infused nasya oil crafted with organic sesame oil, ashwagandha, holy basil, and gotu kola to support the sinuses and nervous system. Designed to soothe dryness, ease congestion, and promote clarity, it helps cleanse and nourish the nasal passages for more comfortable, open breathing.
Lay down on your back & tilt head back with nostrils opening towards the sky. Place 3-5 drops in each nostril. Massage outside of nose in circular motions. Take a deep breath. Repeat in other nostril, and continue until each nostril gets at least 3 drops.
Apply in early morning upon waking or in late afternoon.
Important notes: “Nasya should not be administered after bath, food, during pregnancy or those who have undergone nasal surgery. It is not advised for children below 7 years or people above 80 years.”
